Pregnancy Exercises to keep you in shape for the new baby.

It is a myth that pregnant women can not do core exercises.  You may have to modify exercises you are use to doing, but doing your core while you are pregnant can help with pregnancy, labor and post labor recovery. 

You want that body back after that baby? It starts before you get pregnant and continuing exercise while you are pregnant can help pregnancy problems from occuring in the first place.  Only you know your body, but just because you're tired doesnt mean you can't do 5-10 minutes of exercises before your nap.  Exercise can help fight fatigue while your pregnant.  We're not talking running a half marathon.  Any exercise, walking everyday, taking a flight of stairs, lounges for a few minutes, tricep dips on your afternoon break is better than nothing at all.  Staying active is the best way to stay healthy.

(Do not engage in any activity without consulting your Dr. first.  If you become dizzy, feel faint, or light headed discontinue exercise.)
