(Shrewsbury Instructors)  Michele Grondin Instructor Certified Aero Core Fitness Aerobics Kickboxing & Core Training Instructor 2007 Michele has been involved in fitness and/or the fitness industry for over 20 years and holds a B.S. as an Exercise Specialist in Health Maintenance, which included the study of nutrition, anatomy, and biomechanics. She has worked in several fitness facilities as an instructor, as well as participating in many different aerobics programs over the years at fitness clubs in New Hampshire and the NYC area. Additionally, she is CPR certified.   Michele has been studying the martial arts for over 10 years. She trained in Seido and Goju-Ryu Karate, achieving the rank of Green Belt in each, and holds a 1st Degree Black Belt in Ken-Ryu Kenpo Karate. She has been participating in Aerobic Kickboxing at NEKA since 2003 and has been leading classes since 2005.
